Information Technology Support USAHS

• Coordinated with professors and facilities on campus to install, configure, and supervise classroom technology for 10+ classrooms using Crestron, Biamp, and Windows integration.
• Built an app on an azure VM and conversed with five professors to improve professors' experience on all campuses of University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
• Troubleshooted all 5 campuses and flown out to assist with two other than the home campus.
• Fix around six Local area networking issues per month such as DHCP servers, Crestron connectivity, and biamp connectivity.
• Collaborated with team and Chief Information Technology Officer to fix issues with scheduling panels that hadn’t been online for six months or connected to network to bring scheduling online and running.
• Rearchitected the network over 17 consecutive hours so classes could continue during a campus-wide network outage.
• Designed and implemented an application to automate BlackBoard to Examsoft conversion, this saves up to one hour, per teacher, per exam.
• Mentored all members of team to help get up to speed with network concepts and specifics of technology on all five campuses.
• Coached team and enhanced over 50 live streamed ceremonies by implementing on-screen graphics and closed caption technologies.
• Consulted on hiring decisions and brought into interviews with potential team members as a subject matter expert and escalation point for live stream events and classroom AV solutions across all five campuses.
• Traced, identified, and removed a rogue DHCP server that was causing a campus-wide network degradation of service in under two days.
• Provide solutions for 20+ network issues outside of typical job scope and architected wireless solution for Dallas campus to allow Dante audio to PC.
• Acquired four business-related certifications in the past six months, and currently on track to earn Crestron CTI-CTF and Network+.
